These just show up as white boxes for me. Do I have to do something? Am I just… a noob?

That’s weird. I tried it in 4 different browsers, and the videos work fine for me (maybe flash player isn’t installed right?). You should click on the link text underneath the boxes, and it should take you to the video on their main site, if you can’t get it to work.
